Whenever I play online on the Nintendo switch, It always has a loading screen every 10 minutes estimate. This is really annoying for doing building challenges with friends. This switch is brand new and I got it for Christmas (2020). I have LOW ping and as you see in one of the photos, I have good internet (The picture of the speed test website). This a major problem and it makes me very frustrated - I hope you see how much it's effecting my mental health. I have tried all the troubleshoots but they don't really work.
