Marketplace says check my internet but my son in next room marketplace works, been going on for weeks

Xbox 1 i have tried even deleting the game doing a hard reset and everything. If I change the player profile the marketplace works but if I get back on convexdragoon69 profile marketplace will not work

Unable to access Minecraft store on either PS4 or Windows 10. States to check internet, but internet is fine as I am able to load other apps/games without any error.

I’m having trouble accessing the market place on IOS version of MCPE. Same issues as described as above. Is there something going on with the servers?

My marketplace says that there is no wifi/ check my wifi even tough I have perfectly good wifi.
