My friend can't enter my survival word .I am playing on a PS4 and he on an Xbox one S. I bought the subscription for PSplus and he bought the Xbox live subscription and after all of this we still can't play together .When I'm trying to enter his world, the message "Unable to connect to the world" appears on the screen. Please resolve this.
