I got a Minecraft realms subscription and it charged me 8 dollars because I already did
the free trial and I try and make a realm and it will not let me make on error picture included
I made sure I was sighed in to my Microsoft account I tried a on a different device to.
I’m on a 2018 iPad with iOS 14.4 and the other device was a iPhone SE 1st gen.
there is no way to reproduce it.

It seems to me that you have a problem with your account, as there is a blue exclamation mark on the image in place of your account avatar. I can't say exactly what this means, but check again if you are logged into your desired account or try to log into your account.
