[MCPE-11649] Custom Skin Button Duplicate

Custom Skin duplicate. Bush 10.0 MyTablet

'To Reproduce'
Go to Option
Click the Custom Skin when the 2 Option Pop out
Quickly click the background and you will see the Custom Skin
Duplicate.
