[MCPE-1165] Ladders Crafting Recipe Incorrect

Crafting ladders results in 2 ladders. The desired count is 3 ladders per 7 sticks.

Im pretty sure that's not a bug but a feature of the PE version. Not because its like that on PC means its like that on PE.

I'm pretty sure I agree with you... otherwise we'll have new bug reports each time PC tweaks a feature. I don't think we should count differences between PC/PE as bugs, even if PE developers intend to match the PC behavior eventually. Let me get with the other mods and make sure we're all on the same page, though...
