I can't join my Friends

Good day,

I've been trying to join my friends every day for about 1 month now.

My friends play on the X-Box One and X-Box Series X with the Bedrock version and on the laptop / PC with the Windows 10 version, I also have the Windows 10 version on my laptop.

Every time I want to join the server of my friends I either get the message "No connection to the world" after a brief loading screen or I get the message "Resources are being loaded" and immediately afterwards the message "No connection to the world" again.

So far I've tried by:

• Restarted my laptop.

• Updated my graphics card.

• Minecraft uninstalled and then reinstalled.

• Bought Minecraft for my mobile phone, installed it and tried to join, unfortunately it did not
  work either.

• My friends invited me, but joining still didn't work.

• New X-Box account created, unfortunately it still didn't work.

• I created a world myself, my friends tried to join, unfortunately that didn't work either.

My internet connection is stable.

Please help quickly!
