leaving beta issues

if this is not something you guys have don't control over please disregard this but I can't seem to leave the beta testing. I beta tested through the 12.0 version and when I left the beta it was pretty quickly I could go back to normal 11.0 minecraft but with this version I can't seem to even leave the the beta testing because it says I'm not a tester anymore but when I open up my minecraft it still says I'm an alpha build 5 and also when I go to the Play Store update it to go back to 12.0 it doesn't have any updates I also shut down my device and closed all my tabs to hopefully kickstart the update process but that didn't work either so if this is an issue with you guys can fix could you please help me if not as I said in the beginning please disregard this bug report
