Unable to exit Minecraft for Windows 10 Beta

Every time I open Minecraft for Windows 10, I always get stuck on the Beta version of Minecraft. I use every solution I can find to get back on the normal Minecraft for Windows 10 and they don't work. Every video is the same thing and I can't get back to the original Minecraft. I got into this problem from trying to get RTX on Minecraft which seemed to not work either. I don't really care about the RTX anymore because I don't want it. What can I do to fix this?
