Villager discount does not correspond like Java mechanics.

In java when you buy a lot with a certain object they lower the price and the same happens when curing but in bedrock once cured it leaves you 1 emerald. The problem that may be a bug is that once you trade with it, it raises its prices excessively and I let them rest, but they do not reset correctly, even it stays that way after sleeping and curing it if it goes down but does not act the same as the mechanics of Java. I let them rest for several days but follow their price and other villagers who trade if they reset and are villagers who were born or spawned in 1.16.100 onwards.

It was also a bug (now fixed) that trades would reduce to 1 item/emerald per trade.
