[MCPE-117741] Renamed Sea Pickles reset their name when placed

Summary:

If you rename Sea Pickles and place at least one thing, everyone else in the stack will reset their names.

Steps to Reproduce:

Take Sea Pickles (if you are in survival, take at least two Sea Pickles).
Rename Sea Pickles with anvil.
Place one Sea Pickles.

Observed Results:

The renamed Sea Pickles will drop their name.

Expected Results:

The name will remain.

this has been a thing for years, blocks loose their name on placement if you renamed them via anvil, or other methoods, this is part of the game.

Placed blocks lose their name, but not the rest of the blocks in the inventory. This is clearly not intentional, it doesn't match the other blocks. Please watch the video if you don't understand what I mean.
