When exploring far away from your house and killing your self with the /kill command you might find some dark areas below ground, below leaves of trees and even below the buildings you built. I've reported this earlier and decided to make it on the version you work on. This bug has been in the game for almost 3 years now and no one has reported it. Or so i assume. Please fix this, this bug is very annoying.
