[MCPE-117854] Turtles don't hatch

When I fed the turtles and mom turtle laid eggs I started waiting for them to hatch I've been waiting a lot for game days but they don't all hatch.

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.2)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
