My friends Minecraft hasn't been working for a while. Whenever she starts it up all she gets is a black screen. Eventually it loads in to the home menu in Minecraft. If she moves anything or presses any button Minecraft crashes and doesn't let her play. This has been going on for a while. Minecraft doesn't work for her. Will this get fixed or do we have to email Nintendo?
