So i went in nether portal from earth realm (it was not the first time). And then i appeared in completely different place with no portal nearby. After little confuse I realised that my coordinates are the same they was on earth, witch is wrong, I guess, 'couse my portal had different from those on earth coordinates.
So because of that i lost many useful items((
