When Standing On A Chest , The Chest You're Standing On Wont Open , Single or even Double Chest , it won't still open. Unless you will stand away from it.
Steps To Reproduce Bug :
1.) Craft / Get 2 or 1 Chest
2.) Put it on a surface
3.) Stand On Top Of It
4.) Try To Open it (But It Won't Even How Much You've Tried)
Tip: This Will Cause In Survival

I was wrong. This does not work as expected. It has been reported previously MCPE-11769, and it has been identified as fixed in a future version. No we have no idea which version that is.

This works as intended. It also happens if mobs are on top of the chest.
