Different constucted nether portals teleporting you to the first nether portal in the nether

Different nether portals are spawning the player at the same location of the first nether portal in the nether. Even though the different nether portals are far away from the first nether portal.

Expected results:

The second nether portal constucted that is away from the first nether portal should spawn the player in a different location in the nether.

Actual results:

The second nether portal that the player made spawns you in the same location in the nether at the first nether portal.

How to reproduce:

1.Create a nether portal

2.Go inside and back out

3.Go to a different location in the overworld

4.Create the second nether portal

5.Go inside the second nether portal

This bug can be problematic when trying to make nether highways or transporting mobs.
