Hello-
This is for the GamePass version of Minecraft on Series X. As of yesterday, I am unable to open any of my existing worlds or create a new world. When I click on the Create button nothing happens. Same for trying to load an existing world.
I have checked the Xbox system for any available updates. There are none.
I have checked Minecraft for any available updates. There are none.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft with no effect.
Rebooting or restarting the Series X has not helped either.
Other games on the system appear to be working fine.
Are there any recommended steps to solve this issue?

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
