Sudden issues with ping (MCPE Android)

For the past day or so I've had drastic issues with my ping on all servers. My ping has suddenly gone from 65-70ms (NA east servers) to 110-180ms with no apparent issues. I've done multiple speed test from different devices, restarted my router, and checked router status with no apparent issues. My speedtest to where a NA east server is hosted came back with a result of 65ms, almost exactly in line with what my ping was in-game just a day prior. As far as I can tell there are 0 issues with my service provider or router. I've soft reset my phone, troubleshooted wifi settings and cleared space with nothing seeming to help. I've also cleared game cache, cleared game data, and even uninstalled and reinstalled completely to no avail. I've tried other wifi networks and my mobile data, and both seem to have at the least 30ms higher than it should be regardless of wifi or data, its clearly not an issue with my wifi network. The servers I play on have not changed their host either, and no I have not moved within the last 2 days. I went on to try other games to further support my thoughts that its an issue with MCPE, and in any other game I play my ping seems to be exactly where I'd expect it to be. All of this has lead me to believe it must be an issue with my game, and I've done my best to try everything I can think of. I'm honestly lost in what I should do next and could greatly use support, this higher ping makes it much more difficult to play on servers and overall makes the game a less enjoyable experience.
