Here is a picture of my testing. The top row shows the issue with pistons and target blocks. The bottom row might be a different issue. I've got 1 single item in those chests for a signal strength of 1, and the redstone that's going up the side of the redstone lamp should power the lamps. This shows the piston and target block doing the correct thing, but repeaters, comparators, and dust not doing the correct behaviour.

Reply from @unknown:

The bottom row is indeed a different issue. I believe the repeater, comparator, and dust correctly redirect the redstone power, and the dust on top of the lamp triggers an incorrect visual in the dust next to the lamp. Many tileable shulker box loaders use exactly this power-redirection by adjacent dust to make the block represented by the lamp in your screenshot sensitive to the change from signal strength 1 to signal strength 2.

I usually play with youtube open on the left side of my screen and minecraft on the right, so that's why I noticed this. This didn't happen in previous versions, though I haven't played in a while so I don't know when this was added.

I found out that the best work around for this is to comment out the lines of code in your scripts that is responsible for updating the server until the Wild Update releases.  You should be able to revert your server back to version 1.18.33 if you still have that version of BDS on your computer.  As long as no one joined your server while in version 1.19.10.20, you should not have to roll back your world.  If you are using the scripts created by TheRemote on Github, this issue is being tracked in more detail in his Github repository.

Yes, this is still an issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a villager that is a farmer

2. Turn on RTX

Observed Results:

Straw Hat on the villager disappears

Expected Results:

The Straw hat stays on the villager even with RTX on.

This happens to other villager professions as well. This is just the profession that I first noticed it for.

Update:  This still happens in 1.17

I am having the same technical/gameplay issue with Minecraft. Any Minecraft update past the 1.16.100 update has extreme frame loss and lag (Any version that includes renderdragon). All versions .200, .210, and .220 are barely playable. In past updates, I would average about 100-300 fps in game. Ever since 1.16.200 though, I average 20-30 fps in game. I will attach videos comparing the two version's framerate. I am not sure why this happens and none of my other friends experience this much frame loss either. My PC is built to be a gaming desktop and can run much bigger games even better than latest Minecraft versions. I will also attach a link to where I bought my PC so you may see the specs. My Nvidia graphics drivers are all up to date.  When playing on the latest version, my CPU is at max capacity (100% usage) and my GPU is at 0% usage.  This does not make sense as my processer (AMD Ryzen 5 3600) is a pretty powerful CPU and can run other (bigger) games without reaching max capacity.  I do not have anything extra running in the background.  When I play on an older version (1.16.100) It averages only 20% CPU usage and never goes above 50%.

Good framerate on 1.16.100: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeY4iOHfdFc
Bad framerate on 1.16.210/200/220: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALU3LzXjiS8

I have the exact same issue. I have an RTX 2060 + AMD Ryzen 5 3600. In 1.16.100 I average 2000+ FPS in the main menu and 300 FPS in game and on servers.  Once I updated to 1.16.200, I average 100 FPS in the main menu and 30-60 in game on my beefy computer...  please fix this bug. Minecraft has been unplayable for the past 2 months and I’ve had to go back to 1.16.100 just to play.
