This bug has been for almost the past 5 versions, whenever my friend and I play together like I make the world and he joins me, if my phone turn off(didn't touch it for like 20 seconds) my friend instantly disconnects, and if I join any world and my phone turn off like that too, I instantly disconnects, that wasn't in the old versions it used to take like 2-5 minutes to disconnect, please fix this bug it's annoying

Have you checked your phone settings? For Android there may be an option for whether to put apps to sleep or to set certain apps to never sleep. You might want to try setting Minecraft to not sleep at all to see if that helps.
