When my friends are playing online I am unable to join their worlds or even see my friends on my friends list. They play on PS4 and Switch and I play on PC. I am the only one unable to join or even receive invites and they are unable to see me as well or invite me in their world's. This has happened a lot and we have tried restarting our devices and apps on both ends and nothing works. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you!

@Jayden Yes it is Windows 10 that I am playing on. It has worked only a couple of times but most of the time it won't work at all. I am not sure how I am getting invited since I don't have a PS4 but they say they can't even see me as a friend even though we have added each other.

Are you sure you're using the windows 10 version on minecraft? If you're using java it will not work on individual worlds no matter how hard you try.
How are you getting invited to the game aswell?
