"Castaway" achievement cannot be unlocked

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.2)? We've managed to unlock this achievement on multiple xbl accounts and might need more information to reproduce the bug.

I didn't get the achievement at first either. Turns out you cannot have any other food item in your inventory for the three days

Can you still reproduce this issue in the latest versions of the game (1.17.30 Hotfix or 1.17.40.21 Beta)? If so, does the achievement unlock if you eat Dried Kelp, hide somewhere safe (or play on peaceful difficulty), and don't do anything for at least 3 in-game days and nights?

Resolving temporarily as Awaiting Response. Could you try unlocking this achievement by eating kelp once in a while and not sleeping for 3-4 days?
