Minecart that run from ticking area usually isn't shown when it comes near player.
Reproduction method
1. make super flat world and do /tickingarea 0 0 0 15 15 1599
2. make powered golden_rail from 0 4 0 to 0 4 1599
3. put minecraft at 0 4 0 ,ride a mob that can ride on minecart such as pig and move it to Z axis positive direction.player shouldn't move.
4. a few minute later, if player go to 0 4 1599.
Observed Result
minecart is not visible.
Expected Result
You can see minecart with mob
if player use /ride @s start_riding @e[type=minecraft,c=1] , the minecart turned visible
