Minecraft on the switch has been unable to open for a few weeks on the main account. It's a black screen for at least 10 minutes often up to an hour. Then a message appears that the software closed as seen in the attachment.
Sometimes the Red Mojang Studios screen will appear but it sits on that screen for at least another 10 minutes before it stops loading and the text in the attachment appears.
Have tried redownloading minecraft but that doesn't fix the issue. The switch is up-to-date with the latest OS.
We can create a new account and minecraft will load but not on the main account with all of our worlds. This has been going on and off for almost a year but it usually opened eventually and even got better until the last month or so where now it will not open at all.
