Everywhere I look online people say that my worlds are supposed to be stored on the xbox cloud, plus in the past when I switched laptops my worlds showed up after I logged in to my account, but after reinstalling the game today everything disappeared. I got Minecraft from Microsoft store in 2019. So why is that?

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. You may want to try and wait a bit more for worlds to appear. It's a common issue with Xbox Cloud that it may take a while to load the saved worlds. Please see if that is the issue here and wait for more than you usually would.
