My daughter has had trouble with trying to load Minecraft, she played it for months and it worked fine. It started crashing half way through her games and saying "An unexpected error occurred." Now the problem is worse as it will not load at all. When you open the game, it goes to a black screen and doesn't do anything. Eventually after at least 15 minutes it says "An unexpected error occurred." and the game closes it is completely unplayable. We have tried loading the game from 2 other accounts on the switch and they load instantly and she doesn't have any problems. But the account not working is her main account, which is connected to her Nintendo online and has made lots of stuff on there, she is rather upset over it. Please help!! 😞
