I am in the end and it will not let me hit the ender dragon , mine any blocks , open my inventory . Ect the only thing it will let me do is place blocks it won’t even let me switch game modes . Very stressed as I’ve had this world for two years

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

Have you checked the permission you have the world? if you are in visitor mode or custom mode? You should have "Member" permission in your world. But that problem with the inventory that cant be opened is strange
