I found bug in Minecraft bedrock that when your in creative and break a door the door drops itself as a item and that shouldn't be happening because that's only in survival I tried the other types of doors (like iron warp spruce etc) and if it will be fixed but no it was still happening but then I notice that the door only drops when you break from the top and not the bottom

The top part of the door must be broken for this to happen. Presumably the game breaks only the top of the door and then realizes that the bottom does not have a top so the bottom breaks off as an item.
