Text which has ben written on a sign disappears when loading an older world from 1.16.201 in the newest Beta of 1.16.220.50. Text has been written in an older version of the game (1.16.201).

I can confirm this on Windows 10, v1.16.220.50. Loaded up a world from 1.16.210.61 and all text on signs was gone. However, I also loaded up another world from 1.16.210.61 but with all Experiments turned on and found that the text on all my signs was still there. So it seems that this only affects older worlds that don't have Experiments turned on.
