When starting the world, riding the monorail in the opening, the world glitches with unloaded buildings and terrain, then teleports us to the helipad. We then can't leave the helipad. No matter how many steps we take, we are teleported back to the same spot. This will occur even if you ride the helicopter or even during conversation with the npc. Unplayable. We've tried to delete and reinstall and this hasn't fixed the issue.

I also tried it with my Nintendo Switch version before using the Windows 10 version, and it still did it. I purchased the Windows 10 version thinking maybe the Switch version is just super buggy (as doing anything involving the Microsoft account was buggy in general)
The chat window in game repeatedly says "No tranquilized dinosaurs nearby" while also repeatedly giving me the following items: Capture Dinosaur, Follow Command, Return to Mr. Masrani, and Release Dinosaur"
