[MCPE-119859] Sea Lanterns conduct redstone

In the current version, 1.16.201 Sea Lanterns conduct Redstone signals - unlike Glowstone/Glass.

Minecraft Wiki states: "and it does not transfer a redstone signal" - which it does.

In MC-134366 it clearly states that they are not meant to transfer Redstone signals.
