Bedrock no subtitles not parody its an accessibility/disability issue.

This was resolved not as a bugged but as a parody issue which it is not.  It is an accessibility issue for those of use who have hearing problems.  

This issue should not be solved until it is added for the fact that I have a Disability not a want for a parody feature.

Last one that was put up for this that I found was made resolved by a helper which maybe the previous post did not state their disability which is a privacy thing I guess.  

But sounds affected by my disability are sounds like the lava pops on other sides of walls certain mob steps and sometimes water sounds.  For me its the more subtle base sounds that I have trouble hearing so having the subtitles allows me to play minecraft fully without being hindered by my medical issues.
