Client and server can desync and causing ghost xp

If the server and client desync the server can buildup a large amount of rendered experience orbs, when the xp orbs are actually somewhere else. These ghost xp orbs can buildup and cause large amounts of lag and cannot be destroyed by and conventional/ survival means.
