After v1.16.210 update - All Secondary Players Lost Inventory

Furthermore, it states that when you pause on the secondary split screen character, that you need a Microsoft account to get achievements, even if you’re already signed into a Microsoft account. The profile loads into like a local or offline state, even though the primary one does not.

Having the same problem and have had second players load at both the world spawn and an older lost versions of them selves at a different location with what was in their inventory when the lost.
