invisable block glich in chest

when the update 0.13.0 came out i saw that i was missing some thing...i dont remember what it was so i kept playing as usual and opened my chest to find invisible blocks or things in my chest taking up space...whenever i click on the block/item my game crashes and sends me to my home without showing anything...just a kick on my butt and no explanation why...

and the pictures that are attached to this is just near 5 sec from each other
