I was messing around in Creative and giving myself random effects, I gave myself nausea and flew through a nether portal with an elytra. The nether portal had already been placed and I had already built stuff by that nether portal. But when I went through another portal had spawned me in the nether. The cords in the nether were almost the same as the ones in Overworld. My nether portal coords in the over world were -653 640 and the nether portal spawned me at -644 680. But my previous portal had been at 10, 30. Not sure why but when i walked through the portal with nausea nothing happened. It only worked when i flew through with an elytra.

Can confirm same happened to me on switch. The nether portal had been travelled many times before and put us in the nether no where near the original portal and with no return portal. Traveled 100 x 100 in the nether (just thinking the nether got wiped and rebuilt), built a new nether portal to get back and it shot me 8000 x 4000 blocks away from the portal taken to the nether.

update:After checking other portals are ok, i reloaded the world, broke problem portal, restarted it and it worked as always.

I just had the same issue on my PS4. Survival mode. Went thru portal at -2455,64,60 and came out in Nether at the same coordinates. No Portal. Over 4 kilometers from where I should be in a huge warped crimson forest. Should be at (divide by 3)-818,y,20 ish where my portal is located.
No other moving life for about 5 minutes. Fortunately, my motto "Minecraft updates=backup!" will save the day, when its fixed.
