I imported a skin from my phone but when i went to play on my switch it said that it locked my marketplace until something was further resolved??? i dunno what i did ;-:

I've also had this problem, it originated about 3months ago on my PS4, then yesterday when I bought minecraft on Switch and tried to log in it gave me this error. It also couldn't load my skins or my worlds. On PS4 it loads the wordls but not my skins. I have bought stuff from the marketplace but can't get to em because of this erorr. I have restarted and reinstalled stuff to no avail.
