1-so when i play the game normally its barely noticable but sometimes blocks appear as pure void(like chunks that did not load.
steps to reproduce: keep placing blocks in any direction straight and it will look like pure sky for a phew secs then loads in.
expected results: blocks should load as soon as it is
actuallt result: blocks render incorrectly and look like void that u can stand on then loads
2- i have missing glass pane textures that always bother me and well the top and bottom of gray, magenta, green and cyan stainted glass panes are missing (black and purple) idk how to reproduce honestly cu i discovered it suddenly while using creative mode, nothing happened before at all (my world corrupted a lot months ago so i dont think thats connected.
however, i think these errors are connected somehow cuz they both related to blocks and rendering and textures this applies to all of gamemodes, 1.16.1 to 1.16.220

i have render distance and simulation max and i reloaded my worlds like `1 million times and nothing HELP

Does this issue occur on 1.16.201, 1.16.210 or both? Could you please give us more details? Right now we have no repro of this issue.
