whenever getting in a minecart and facing a direction of roughly up and to the right/left the game creates some type of ghost stone block that impairs vison

Please, when reporting problems with in-game texture, use the default texture. if the bug is occurring with creator textures, name if it is a marketplace texture, if not, contact the creator of the texture you used
