Unable to sign into to microsoft account.
Click to sign in and it just keeps loading screen, unable to even get to the username screen. when you press cancel it says error code 'pufferfish'
Unable to even get into play unsigned in.
Have tried to remove and reinstall app, virus scan and reset kindle to factory settings.

Exact issue here. I tried the storage permissions changed but that didn't work. I never get the chance to actually login with a Microsoft account (including when I try to get there via app settings too). I was about to create a bug report until I saw this. I assume it's preferable to join this issue instead of creating a new thread?

this happens on kindle sometimes
Go to your system settings-> Apps-> Minecraft. Go into permissions and allow storage permissions.
