In both multiplayer and singleplayer worlds, jukeboxes do not make sound. When the disc is in the jukebox, text appears to say that a song is being played, note particles appear above the jukebox, but no music plays.
All sound settings are at 100%.
Tested with multiple discs.
Tested in creative and survival.
