I joined my own survival world, and everything became pink. I've had this problem three times already, and it is very annoying. The only way to fix it for a little while is to restart your whole Xbox, but unfortunately this bug just keeps coming back. I've been keeping track of every item that turns pink, but there will probably be more than what's on this list.
This is everything that has turned pink so far:
-Item slots in hotbar.
-Capes.
-Skins.
-Cows.
-Sheep. (Sheep can also become black sometimes.)
-Drowned.
-Tamed dogs. (Some tamed dogs will also become purple.)
-Skin locker.
-Controller cursor.
-Settings.
-Loading screen.
-The sun. (The sun will not only become pink, but it will also be a lot bigger than usual.)
-Chests and double chests.
-Beds.
