Anytime I try to use the Download World button or try to download one of the backups of my realm, I am met with the error message “An error occurred”.
This is particularly bad for me because I’m also experiencing this bug: MCPE-120270. I had previously circumvented that issue once by downloading a copy of my realm, applying resource packs, and then using the Replace World feature. I can no longer do that, though, because I cannot download a working copy of my realm. I commented on the above linked bug to provide corroborated info on that bug as well as to mention the bug herein, but did not find another post about the world download error, so I’ve opened this ticket with regard to it as a separate issue.
Both issues began for me when I updated to 1.16.210. The attached screenshot is of the error message itself from my iPhone, however the issue is duplicated on my Xbox one as well for the same Realm.
