Every single time I Alt+Tab out of Minecraft, not only does it disconnect me from the Realm I'm trying to play on, it also completely stops my ray tracing from working correctly. Everything goes from rendering correctly to completely black, and will not render any light at all until I restart the game. My graphics drivers are as up to date as can be. There is not any windowed borderless option, and windowed doesn't fit well on my screen. Added to the fact that I lose anywhere from 10-20 frames per second on any game that isn't set to full screen.
I've done my research and it's because the game suspends itself every time it loses focus. This was done intentionally, because developers can choose this as an option. If I was just disconnected from the realm, that'd be fine. It takes seconds for me to just reconnect. However, when the auto suspend breaks my ray tracing and forces me to close the game and re open it just because I wanted to go check a discord message, or check my PC temps, it bothers me greatly.
I do not want any workarounds that involve stupid stuff like "pressing F11 before using Alt+Tab" or "just play in windowed". I want an actual workaround that fixes this problem, or the game to update. I'll also take it as a new option in the setting for video.

Except it's not resolved? That issue should have been fixed with the newer drivers that were released. You can clearly see in my first image my ray tracing is working. If you actually read my post, you'd understand that the second image was after the Alt+Tab.
This does not solve my issue at all, nor does it even have any relevance to the post you think is a "duplicate" of mine. Would you kindly re open it and unlink that "duplicate." Thank you for your time.
