[MCPE-121250] Cannot connect from iOS or to any other devices

Try playing Minecraft from iOS to non-iOS device Apple tablet was not connecting no matter what we did we were both using version 1.1 6.210 and no matter what we did even restarting the system the consul the PC everything we could not get both devices connected
