I looked over what was sent to me and I didn't find any solution, regarding my world on mimecraft, I changed my xbox from one one s to a much better one, before I always left the world waiting to be saved I never came out without saving, now to receive the message that it can not be synchronized, how ?, if I stayed to save and I made synchronizations every time, I want a little attention, on the phone, connect someone specialist to xbox to solve the problem, I do not understand when you say you can not, you really can but you do not want is a difference, please send me a good answer, call me by phone and tell me the steps how connect a consultant to the Xbox or an update, but I received one now and do the same, even before with this problem.

Please do not duplicate your own reports (MCPE-119094).
As mentioned in that ticket, we are already tracking this issue in MCPE-40552, so this ticket is also being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
This bug tracker is not a "help" service, nor can we provide you any phone support or number for Mojang. The mods (moderators) here are volunteers and do not have access to that information anyway. The only method of getting direct support from Mojang is to go to Mojang Support.
