Whenever I enter the game all of my skins are gone. All aI have for skins are two Steve’s and one Alex. I don’t know what the problem is. But I would like it fixed please.

Can confirm on Android! On our realm, one player's perspective showed everyone being Alex. 2 others showed everyone as being Steve and my perspective should everyone as having my skin!
This just started today for us.
