For a few days we have not been able to access the microsoft account on mincecraft via the switch. It says,
"There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved the issue. If this issue persits for several days please contact support"
We are not able to join friends online in worlds or see them playing. Also not able to edit the character and some options are missing.
Is this an issue that can be resolved? We have only had the game and Switch since November, never had a problem like this before.
