Weird invisible block glitch while playing Minecraft PE public server

My phone is Vivo Y28. Every time I play Minecraft public server like MobCrush and Hypixel, it appear nothing on a big area that is fully invisible except online players and it doesn't spawn more blocks except a small area even I have log in successfully.
When I teleport inside , the player will shaking and you can't control the player.

This is a bug in the server and not the MCPE . Possibly the server hardware is not powerful enough for many players or the connection is very slow.
